The challenge

Inspired by the deteriorating collaboration between two teams in a unit, the team leaders in question decided to seek advice with regard to the necessary cultural changes. The organisation needed insight and interventions in order to improve the collaboration between its staff.

  • Feedback for involved employees regarding cultural analysis
  • Advice regarding the development of subcultures, group dynamics and leadership
